Updates on open-for-inspection restrictions
As of September 28, private inspections with a fifteen minute time limit are now permitted for one agent and a prospective purchaser.
A prospective purchaser may also be accompanied by their partner or one other household member, and their children under 18 if necessary.
The 5km rule does not apply when travelling to inspect a property, however, you are only able to leave your home for a maximum of two hours to attend the inspection and Melbourne residents cannot travel into regional Victoria.
Attendees must not be symptomatic, self-isolating or under quarantine when attending an inspection.
Residents who are living in the home must not be present during an inspection and must leave for one of the permitted reasons under the Stay at Home Directions.
In accordance with the Victorian Government’s current regulations, auctions will still be available online only.
Along with private inspections we also offer virtual inspections upon request.
Using our state-of-the-art technology, we are able to produce 3D tours of homes.
Showcasing your space using 360 degree views, allows for a better representation of your home online.
If you’re interested in finding out the price of your property, we offer a free, no obligation sales appraisal that can be conducted virtually. Without leaving your home, or inviting anyone inside, you will receive a full property appraisal via Facetime or zoom, as well as a full personalised property report sent to you via email.
